Meetings

PTSA meetings are open to everyone and provide a great opportunity to learn more about our school, hear from departmental chairs, receive updates on PTSA activities, and enjoy “this month at SLHS” through Mr. Butler’s pictorial PowerPoint summary (not to be missed).   Meetings are generally held the second Wednesday of each month at 7:00pm in the Media Center, but please check the calendar for exact dates. 

If you have suggestions for topics you would like to see presented during the program portion of a PTSA meeting, please contact our VP of Programs. Previous topics have included substance abuse, academic support, student safety, college and career counseling, and school department presentations. Please let us know the types of topics that would benefit you most!

The Academic Boosters (AB) and the All Night Grad Party (ANGP) committees hold monthly meetings as well. AB meetings alternate each month between morning and evening. Morning meetings are in the cafeteria; evening meetings are in the Career Center.
