It seems since the likes of Alan Webb and Richard Smith graduated that South Lakes went into a dark age without many star track athletes, but that has definitely changed this year with an outstanding hurdler in Vincent Brown and a trio of swift sprinters in AJ Price, Nicholas Vaughn, and Adrian Vaughn. The Seahawks are the top ranked team in the Northern Region heading into this weekend's regional championships.
